Today, we write to our trainers with a unique set of new Pokemon discoveries in hand - two new Genesis Forms for Mantouris and Chamelicle, as well as the a Pokemon with two completely different forms - Goreslash!
Goreslash (Therium Forme)
The Therium Forme of Goreslash is a newly discovered Pokemon, and is a Rock/Fairy type. Goreslash's first form is the Therium Forme, a more mammalian form that resembles Boulderajah. This Pokemon uses its rock-hard body to defend itself against oncoming attacks, and is oftentimes used as a shield. It is believed to live in a cave deep in the deserts of Carah, where it helps lost travelers, and appears to be guarding a jewel of some sort.
Goreslash (Serpent Forme) The Serpent Forme of Goreslash is a newly discovered Pokemon, and is a Dark/Fairy type. Goreslash's second form is the Serpent Forme, a more reptilian form that resembles Venophlame. This Pokemon has limbs, but often prefers to slither on the ground. It has tusk-like protrusions coming from its top jaw, which are theorized to be evolutionary adaptations that help it defend itself. It is believed to occupy a cave, helping miners while guarding an unknown jewel.
Genesis Mantouris
Genesis Mantouris is a newly discovered Genesis Form for Mantouris, and is a Bug/Grass type. This Pokemon's attributes have taken an extreme turn, especially its massive pincers, tail, and origin soul. Mantouris's pincers are strong enough to shatter anything, even the hardest of metals that complex machinery is unable to break. The spiky protrusions on its body, especially along its tail and upper body, are camouflage adaptations. The soul on the end of its tail is now the soul of multiple people, as Genesis Mantouris carries these people's souls into the afterlife. Genesis Mantouris can be attained by having a Mantouris with the Divinity Trait.
Genesis Chamelicle
The ancient texts written regarding this Pokemon reference the supernatural abilities of Genesis Chamelicle, the most prominent of which is its Hailstrike Staff. The staff is made of pure Origin Energy, hail crystals, and electrically charged ions and can draw electricity and ice from nearby sources. This Pokemon was known to demand service, and if it wasn't given the proper offerings, it would summon devastating hail thunderstorms, some of which had massive casualties. Genesis Chamelicle can be attained by having a Chamelicle with the Divinity Trait.

Introducing the Form Feature!
The introduction of Goreslash into the Pokédex has sparked the need for a new feature - the Form Feature! This feature allows trainers to access the forms of certain Pokemon on the page of the Pokemon. The feature will be displayed on the side of the stat spread.

POKEMON REDESIGNS
We're back with some redesigns, but re-renders is a better word to use. I decided (after quite some time) to retcon the shading of the starter Pokemon. The starters are the first Pokemon that we see, and as a result, they should ideally be up to date with the render style of the current artwork. I'm really happy with how these guys turned out, and am excited to redo these more frequently.
The biggest change was updating how the shadows and highlights worked in relation with the design. Arsinoceros was by far the most fun of these redesigns, especially because of its shadows. I didn't really change much about the shinies, I just made Khelshark a little darker.
