The Dominion of Spirits introduces a few new Genesis Forms, including two forms for new Pokemon of the DoS - Lythrasear and Turtocean!
Genesis Lythrasear - Grass/Fire
Origin Energy has transformed Lythrasear into Genesis Lythrasear. Genesis Lythrasear is a DoS-specific Genesis Form, and is as such crucial to the history of the DoS. Ancient archeological finds of this Pokemon's imagery show how Genesis Lythrasear was crucial to the journey of souls in the afterlife, as it provides them with fruits from its head and neck that serve as eternal nourishment. Some modern tribes in the deepest parts of the Carahnian deserts use the flames and fruits from this Pokemon to perform venerations and offerings to legendary Pokemon and passed-on loved ones. There is another ancient legend about this Pokemon using the burning Origin Energy inside of it to devastatingly incinerate a forest in the DoS upon seeing a foul soul, overflowing the DoS with thousands of souls afterwards.
Genesis Turtocean - Water/Astral
Origin Energy has transformed Turtocean into Genesis Turtocean. Legends speak of how there was once a soul that entered the DoS and treated this Pokemon very poorly. Without remorse, it physically abused a Turtocean and demanded that it be taken to the legendary consulate of the DoS to get revenge on the Genesis Trio for sending it to the Perdition Dimension. This Pokemon, refusing to oblige, awakened this form and banished the soul forever to the darkest corners of the DoS. Many ancient depictions of this Pokemon show it with a Shanswar as they travel through the DoS, aiding people and Pokemon in need of shelter on its back and fins. Some even say that this Pokemon can emerge from the DoS and travel through space using its bubble. Its visible soul is part of the reason this Pokemon is both beloved as incredibly selfless by some and feared as a vicious alien demon by others.
