Trainers, today we'll explore more of the story of the Carah Region in Pokemon Delta and Gamma. Alongside two new regional variants and a Virus Form, we'll also get to meet the menacing Team Pyramva, and Gym Protector Walun's team!

New Pokemon
This update from Professor Zahra has given us two new regional variants to explore - Carahnian Blitzle and Carahnian Cufant!
Carahnian Blitzle
Carahnian Blitzle is a newly discovered regional variant of Unovan Blitzle, and is a pure Fire type. Carahnian Blitzle are quite a bit like their Unovan counterparts, but they are significantly more fiery. They love to run around, but upon doing so, they often create sparks that set fire to the grass around. The stripes on its back are supercharged with fire, and glow white hot. Touching them can set even the least flammable things ablaze. Carahnian Blitzle is a Pokemon Delta exclusive, and is a counterpart to Carahnian Cufant.
Carahnian Cufant
Carahnian Cufant is a newly discovered regional variant of Galarian Cufant, and is a Rock/Ground type. The Cufant of the Carah Region were used for very different purposes than those of the Galar Region, as the Carahnian Cufant were often used to build the Pyramids of Order. Moreover, their trunks have transformed over time from cuffs to stone breakers and holders. Their humps are now able to support weight, an adaptation useful for carrying large stones for buildings. Carahnian Cufant is a Pokemon Gamma exclusive, and is a counterpart to Carahnian Blitzle.
Virus Darkrai
Virus Darkrai is a newly discovered Virus Form, and is a Dark/Astral type corruption of Darkrai from the Sinnoh Region. Virus Darkrai has been known to show up to those who cannot sleep at night, and terrorizes them with the worst nightmares. Many people have experienced this, and a few people even report seeing it in their dreams. Archaeologists say that a similar phenomenon has been detected from the Perdition Dimension, one that summons this nightmarish creature.

An Immoral Team with Iniquitous Intentions - Team Pyramva!
Authorities across the Carah Region are being alerted that a secret mafia organization that call themselves Team Pyramva are prowling the lands of the Carah Region. They are not like some teams that wish to warp the figure of our planet or universe for their gain, but instead, they seem to be searching for something, and are stopping at nothing to find it.
Reports of Team Pyramva stealing ancient relics and raiding houses are becoming more and more frequent, and DELMAC/Prof. Zahra have taken it upon themselves to get to the bottom of this plan. What are their intentions? With whom are these raids being coordinated? Most importantly, who is conducting all of these operations - who is their leader? These questions and more will hopefully be answered soon.

Updates to Gym Leaders - Gym 5: Walun!
Completing the Grass/Fire/Water triangle is the 5th Gym Protector in your RPC Journey - Walun! Walun is the Water/Ghost leader of Port Zauquest, and he uses his signature Genesis Araquanid. His Genesis Araquanid is quite powerful, so you'll want to be mindful of its attacks. However, upon defeating him, you'll earn the Depth Badge. To view his team, head to the Battle Data section.

POKEMON REDESIGNS
Hi, Team Carah here! Throughout this adventure, we've completed over 80 (roughly 64%) Pokemon designs in Pokemon Delta and Pokemon Gamma. Although I'm confident in most of these designs, some of them are simply not representing what I need them to. Whether it's because of the concept, design, or the rendering, some of these Pokemon are definitely not where I know they could be. Because of this, I'll be redesigning some Pokemon alongside releasing new ones. If there is a redesign, it will be at the end of the blog where you can see it. I may also change typing and stats if necessary. For now, here is the first batch of redesigned Pokemon. The name and typing of the Pokemon will be listed in Pokedex order.

2. Janopar - Ghost (previously Psychic/Ghost)
More Pokemon may be redesigned to fit the overall concept of the region better, so please don't be surprised if some of the Pokemon look different as the updates progress.
