Today, we bring to you some exciting news about some more new Pokemon discovered in the Carah Region, as well as the first regional variants!

Venalynx is the evolution of Caraten, and is a pure Dark type. These Pokemon are sly and fashionable, and demand cleanliness and sophistication at all times.

Kiddoe is a newly discovered Normal-type Pokemon. Its playful nature and easy accessibility make it a staple of many trainers' early battle teams.

Kiddoe's evolution Brawlex is a Normal/Fighting type, and is very territorial and hostile to predators. It will brawl with anyone or anything that tries to harm its young.

And finally, we have the first regional variants - Carahnian Sandile, Carahnian Krokorok, and Carahnian Roggenrola!

Unovan Sandile is normally a Ground/Dark type, but researchers have found that this Sandile is a pure Water type! Legend has it that ancient croc Pokemon helped bring rainfall to the Carah region in times of drought, and although Sandile are unproven to be able to do this, many farmers keep one in the event that some hydration is needed.

Carahnian Krokorok are known for their ability to fight underwater, hence the Water/Fighting type. These Pokemon possess enough physical strength and speed to fight Pokemon like Kingdra and Dragalge with relative ease. Many people believe that Krokorok is an ancient descendant of a river-protecting croc that helped save old villages from floods, and also provided fresh water for crops and drinking.

Carahnian Roggenrola are believed to be aliens from a world beyond our own. This is because of the otherworldly stone inside its dark face, which many experts believe are the key to unlocking the ancient celestial secrets of the Carah region. They had to adapt to the colder environment where they likely first appeared, hence the Ice/Astral typing.

More information on all of these Pokemon can be found in either the New Pokemon section or the Pokédex section.

We're so glad to have brought you this new information! After the massive discovery of the Genesis Forms, researchers and scientists were looking for a break in terms of massive discoveries, so some smaller yet equally significant discoveries were certainly needed! We'll get back to you folks with more new and exciting Pokemon. Stay tuned for more!
