The pure Bug-type Scarub has Evolved!
Scarub was a pure bug type Pokemon discovered only a few days ago. Recently, however, scientists and experts found dens and nests full of Scarub - and its evolutions. Scientists have concluded that the latest discoveries in the Carah region pertain to Scarub's evolved forms, Coprisand and Scaraterra.
Coprisand is a newly discovered Bug/Ground type, and is the second stage of Scarub. The dirt helmet that Scarub wore has turned into a dirt crown of sorts, and its back and outer exoskeleton has merged with the dirt and rocks, giving it a very solid and defensive outer shell. Coprisand then evolved into Scaraterra, where it kept the secondary Ground typing, but also turned the dirt crown into a crown of pure gold. More information can be found in the Newly Discovered Species section of the site. Scientists are quite pleased to have discovered so many new species so quickly, and they hope to discover even more.
A New Type has been Discovered - the Astral Type!
A new type has been discovered in the Carah region. Many experts believe that this type is symbolic of the interstellar and deific forces that lay dormant in many species, but have recently been reactivated due to the efforts of DELMAC and Professor Zahra. Many experts theorize that the Origin Energy and Genesis forms have something to do with the Astral type, as its activation means that it now flows through certain Pokemon and cannot be reversed. Despite this, however, a few experts believe that the Origin Energy was already pulsing through the Pokemon, and that the new technology developments needed to track the energy and Genesis Form residue led them to Pokemon of the Astral type. None have been discovered so far, but some may be soon. More information on the Astral type can be found in the Story section of the site.
