Chamelicle

Chamelicle are belligerent and egoistic, but like to spend most of their time in solitude. They train in the northernmost parts of the region, and attempt to hone their skills. This Pokemon is written about frequently in ancient texts as being able to summon both a hailstorm and a thunderstorm at the same time, and would bless parts of the region with snow and thunder, two unassumingly rare phenomenon. The horns on its head can draw in electricity, and it can use the solidity of ice crystals to create an electrically charged staff of frozen electricity! However, it is unclear whether or not this was the doing of a normal Chamelicle or a potential Genesis Form.
