Boldore in the Carah Region have mystical Astral capabilities in them that keep their icy cores surprisingly comfortIng for animals left out in the cold. Trainers traveling through colder routes will often seek shelter next to a Boldore, so that their Pokemon and the trainers themselves can feel the comforting warmth of their cores. In ancient times, Boldore was often believed to be a savior of travelers who would get lost in the mountains. This Pokemon would bring them to nearby caves full of shiny meteorites and crystals, and revitalize the traveler.
