AN INFECTED FORM OF EELEKTROSS!

Eelektross, which was traditionally a pure Electric type, has also been infected by the VD-21 OE Surplus. It's unknown why these Pokemon are specifically being infected, but researchers believe that the virus on Eelektross only amplifies its hunger for power. It will suck the energy out of anything, even humans, to sustain its increased need for it. It may even violently emaciate certain Pokemon of interest, particularly Godorucha and Galvaclysm, so that it can gain more and feed its growing need. The tentacles all over its body are used to poison and paralyze its prey.   

Ability: Power Trap - If this Pokemon gets hit with an Electric, Ground, or Psychic type attack and survives, it will regain its lost HP by taking 25% of the opponents HP, and lowering its highest stat by 1 stage.
