The Apex Virus Legendary!

Nuclofrost Hellax, more frequently referred to as Nuclofrost, is the Pokemon responsible for the nuclear winter that overtook the Carah Region. This Pokemon is in constantly phasing between the best and worst of existence, and is unable to stay in either for too long. It can cause severe illness, but only to Pokemon who have some connection to the destruction of life. Nuclofrost can also cause severe frostbite, enveloping the person or Pokemon in a frost that is near impossible to melt.
