Origin Energy has transformed Avalugg into Genesis Avalugg. This Pokemon is believed to be an emissary for Razolteun, bringing heat to the colder areas of the region. However, legends depict this Pokemon with Genesis Avalugg working against one another to create the apocalypse. Genesis Volcarona was even the center of an intermediate period of turmoil, where an evil king denounced the existence of the Genesis Trio and made Genesis Volcarona and Genesis Avalugg the central deities of the apocalyptic end of the Carah Region.
