Origin Energy has transformed Ampharos into Genesis Ampharos. Many modern archaeologists and historians argue that the attire for most of the New Kingdom kings was wholly inspired by Genesis Ampharos. It's headdress is is actually a beacon of light that emits massive wavelengths of light to incoming people and vessels in the dark. The beads on its head and tail are said to contain enough electricity to light up the entire Carah Region for hundreds of years. Many ancient kings came to this Pokemon for advice on how to rule the region properly, hence why it has gained the Psychic type.
