It was Made by Chaophis!

Ferramuto was made by Chaophis using the Origin Energy of the Perdition Dimension to act as a watchman for it, but also to cause chaos and havoc for Chaophis to feed on. Ferramuto is one of two Pokemon in the Oracle Titan Duo and is actually the larger one of the two. Many people have speculated the purpose for its many limbs, and especially how it grew to be as tall as it is. DELMAC believes that Ferramuto is as large as it is because it's emblematic of the chaos caused by Chaophis, which is significantly larger. Many consider Ferramuto a god and even worship his loyalty. Ferramuto was buried alongside Garroskull, the other Oracle Titan, after the Battle of Order, but has not yet been found.
