It Was Worshipped as the God of Fortune and the Sun!

Razolteun translates to "The Falcon God of Fortune" because this Pokemon was thought to have brought fortune to those who did good deeds. Ancient Carahnian people worshipped this Pokemon, and any symbolism of it was considered a good omen. Razolteun's appearance may make it look incredibly fierce, and although it's the deific embodiment of the flames of the sun, it's actually very pleasant and calm. According to ancient tales and texts, it loves seeing positive energy and feelings, and is always willing to help anyone it sees in need. It was also rumored to bring great fortune to those who follow a path of virtue, and work to better themselves and their surroundings. It is one of two Pokemon that plays a role in balancing life in Carah. There used to be a myth that Razolteun and Amulteun were enemies, but recent archeological developments have revealed that Razolteun and Amulteun are actually brother and sister who work together to keep balance, with Razolteun being Amulteun's sister. There is a supposed shrine of Razolteun located deep within the desert, but no one has found any evidence of this in the last several centuries. Many people wear an amulet with Razolteun on it for good luck and fortune.

Signature Move: Solar Storm (Fire) - 160 base power Sp. Atk/100% acc. The user draws power from the sun and bombards the foe with a storm of charged solar Origin Energy. This attack burns the foe, and cures any status ailment on the user's side.
